Yesterday I had the privilege of  photographing the beautiful wedding of Jenn and John! John is the brother of my childhood best friend and I have known him since I was 9 years old. They were married at a lovely spot!

I can’t believe the weather we had yesterday! For January it was gorgeous! Which worked out great because we could take advantage of the beautful grounds!







Their speeches were so emotional. I do not know how they got through them without crying!

so the last few times I have been on my blog it hasn’t felt like home to me. I am the type of person who is easily influenced and I feel like I was trying to take in so many other beautiful blogs I visit and it just wasn’t working for me in this space. I am natural… I don’t wear make-up, I wear comfy clothes in mostly muted colours. My home is very subdued and calm in it’s style. My photography is soulful, calm, pure, simple. I felt like this space needed to reflect that. I did a little “re-decorating” this morning and now it feels like to home to me. I will tweak it a bit more over the next few days but it’s going in the right direction now.

And speaking of change, check out my sweet girls new hair cut.. again it’s all about simple, natural beauty!
